Getaway Driver Found Guilty
Karrie Butcher, 31, who was accused of driving the getaway car in the 6th Street Coffee and Deli armed robbery the morning of January 28th was found guilty of first degree robbery by a Josephine County jury Thursday afternoon

Studded Tires Must be Off by Monday
Studded tire season is coming to an end. The Oregon Department of Transportation says motorists must remove them by Monday. Metal studs that come in handy on icy roads are legal in Oregon from November 1st through March 31st.

Landslide Potential in Josephine County
The Oregon Department of Geology has issued a press release stating the heavy rainfall today in southwest Oregon is bringing increased potential for landslides in the mountains. The National Weather Service has issued a flood potential outlook for Josephine, Coos and Curry counties

Medford Council Tours Greenway
Thursday the Medford City Council toured the riparian corridor along the Bear Creek Greenway from Hawthorne Park to just north of the Fourth Street Bridge where volunteers have been cleaning both sides of the creek.

Wrong-way driver in fatal accident transported to OHSU
The wrong-way driver in the fatal traffic accident that occurred on I-5 around milepost 24 in the southbound lanes early Thursday morning has been transported to the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.
