Gas Main Replacement to Close One Lane of Drury Lane
One lane of Drury Lane will be closed from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for six to eight weeks beginning tomorrow. A gas main is being replaced.
Traffic will be controlled by flaggers. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternate routes. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
Fire Season Ends
Fire season ends today on Oregon Department of Forestry-protected lands in southwest Oregon. Rainfall of at least one-half inch was recorded in many parts of the district, which includes state, private, county, city and Bureau of Land Management forestlands in Jackson and Josephine counties.

Troopers Incident Log for Monday
Troopers cited a driver who failed to see a southbound vehicle as he negotiated a left turn from Highway 260 to Highway 99 towards Grants Pass and collided with a blue Mazda in the driverís side door at 9:33 Monday morning. Three of the four occupants in the Mazda complained of pain but there were no serious injuries. The Mazda had to be towed.
