Batzer Construction, Vitus Construction and the Ausland Group have sent letters to the city of Medford charging the bidding process to remodel the police evidence locker was not fair and alleging the public’s best interest was ignored when city staff recommended a bid of $474,000 from Adroit Construction be accepted.
