G.P. Police Search for Missing Man
The Grants Pass City Police are looking for 66-year-old Bruce Lemmerman. Mr. Lemmerman walked away from a vehicle this morning near Abby’s on Beacon Drive. He is from White City and may not be familiar with the area.

Authorities lock down Central Point daycare after receiving threats
Central Point Police locked down Noah’s Ark Early Learning Center at 305 Oak St. Wednesday just after noon after authorities received reports of a man who threatened the children.

Council Funds Jail Beds, Suspends SDC’s Temporarily & Adopts 2014-15 Budget.
The Grants Pass City Council last night passed an ordinance adding a chapter to the Municipal Code establishing a jail services utility fee, then a resolution establishing the level of those fees and authorized the City Manager to negotiate a contract with the county for those jail beds.
