Last September the Medford City Council approved a $2 per month increase in a public safety utility fee to pay for new fire facilities and a new police station. Howard Prairie Resort Yields almost $250k Profit for Jackson County
The Jackson County Roads and Parks Department are reporting the Howard Prairie Resort yielded $670,000 in gross revenues for Jackson County from April through October this year. Minus expenses and amortized investments the county netted $238,517 from the resort.

Following that conversation, they applied for a search warrant for that residence that was a known Oregon Medical Marijuana Program grow site for two.
Grayback Creek Bridge to Close Temporarily Next Week
The bridge over Grayback Creek, on “Grayback Creek Road” will be temporarily closed starting December 4th through December 6th. The Bridge is being closed for rehabilitation purposes. Repair work includes replacement of timber decking and timber rails and construction of new asphalt approaches.
