Oregon State Police New Year’s Day incidents
68-year-old Richard Arthur Kratochvil became unresponsive while in the custody of the Oregon State Police for suspicion of DUII at the Cave Junction Substation. He was life-flighted to Rogue Regional Medical Center.

Halloween Bank Robber Gets 144 Months
The man accused of robbing the Chase Bank branch in the Grants Pass Fred Meyer store on Halloween was sentenced to 12 years in the Oregon Department of Corrections this morning by Judge Lindi Baker.
