Oregon State Police Incident Log
The Oregon State Police incident log reveals a blue Audi crashed on Riverbanks Road Friday night just before eight. The driver left the scene and walked to his residence. A Trooper contacted him there where he failed the field sobriety tests. Kenneth R. Whitney, 22, was arrested for DUII and the Audi was towed.
A colder and drier air mass is being forecast to push into southern Oregon tonight prompting the National Weather Service to issue a frost advisory and freeze warning from midnight tonight through 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities continue to look for Williams Highway hit and run driver-UPDATED
The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety is continuing to look for the Williams Highway hit and run driver and they have released additional photos to help identify the suspect.
Fatality occurs in crash on Lower River Road
A single-vehicle fatality crash occurred at 7393 Lower River Road Sunday at approximately 3:20 p.m.
Single Lane Travel on A Street Tuesday thru Friday
Eastbound travel on A Street between 5th and 6th Streets will be reduced to a single lane beginning Tuesday to allow for sidewalk replacement

School Street Closed Monday and Tuesday for Sewer Repairs

A man who was missing for two days was located by Search and Rescue in the area of Forest Service Road 740.
Wolves not likely responsible for dead cow found near Prospect
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife does not believe a dead cow found in a pasture near Prospect was killed by a wolf however wolf tracks were found near the carcass.
