A man who was on the I-5 roadway in the southbound lanes at milepost 61 admitted to troopers he was high on meth and was transported by paramedics to the hospital for meth psychosis.
A truck and trailer rolled on Redwood Highway at Wild Raspberry Lane. The driver was uninjured but the trailer of the truck was smashed.
