Judge Newman Sentences Heroin Dealer to 2 Years in Prison
Judge Michael Newman today sentenced Sterling Thomas, 22, to 2 years in the Oregon Department of Corrections after receiving a guilty plea last March for various drug related charges.
Thomas pled guilty to delivering heroin and theft in the first degree in October of last year. He then pled guilty to the delivery of Heroin and methamphetamine in January of this year.
Five other counts were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
