A Jackson County Grand Jury handed down indictments against two Medford men in the murder or Frank Ronald Damiano, 62, who was found dead in his Ashland home on October 10th.
Othon Robert Campos, Junior, 41, was indicted on aggravated felony murder, two counts of felony murder, two counts of 1st degree robbery, and 1st degree burglary.
Detectives have developed information that Campos is in the Portland-Vancouver area and all agencies have been alerted to be on the lookout for Campos. The public is also being asked for help in determining his location.
Detectives do not believe Campos has a vehicle of his own and is known to rely on public transportation and taxis. He is known to frequent pawn shops and had lived in the southeast Portland area and in Vancouver in the past.
Anyone with information concerning Campos should call 911.
The Grand Jury also indicted Merlin Elmo Bound on two counts of felony murder, two counts of 1st degree robbery and 1st degree burglary. He remains lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
