School board votes on allowing staff purchases
The Grants Pass School District No. 7 Board during their Tuesday meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the districtís administration building located at 725 N.E. Dean Drive are set to vote on a resolution allowing procurement cards for staff.
The resolution would allow select staff members a procurement card to purchase supplies for schools not to exceed $2,500. This will reportedly cut down on staff time by making the system more efficient.
Board members will also vote on the approval of the purchase of two vehicles and for a teacher to participate in an educational ceremony at the 150th Anniversary Ceremony of the Gettysburg Address.
