Services return to church damaged by arsonists
Services have returned to the Zion Lutheran Church in Medford after arsonists caused extensive damage to the structure earlier this year.
A rededication ceremony was held Sunday and over 160 people were in attendance.
An unknown suspect or suspects threw a Molotov cocktail at the building in the early morning hours of July 5. The flames scorched vegetation and a cross in front of the building before spreading to the building itself and causing an estimated $200,000 in damage.
Police say the case has gone cold and anyone with information about the incident should contact Medford Police.
