Shot Fired in Medford Domestic Dispute
Thursday afternoon about 1:38 Medford Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Winchester Avenue to investigate domestic dispute where a gun was fired.

Officers blocked off nearby streets establishing a perimeter before making contact at the residence and taking Noah Tengi Bogart, 30, who resides on Orchard Drive into custody without incident.

Making contact with the female complaintant, officer learned Bogart and the woman were arguing and it turned physical when the woman tried to get Bogart to leave. Bogart allegedly made threats and the female armed herself with a .357 revolver and the gun accidently discharged into the wall.

Bogart then took the weapon and threw it onto the home’s roof. The woman then locked him out, but he re-entered through a window and the woman called 911.

Bogart was lodged on menacing, harassment and first degree trespass charges.
