A nude elderly man was found frozen to death by a passerby at 9:00 a.m. today in the 1900 block of South Stage Road in Medford.

86-year-old Harry Henderson was found not breathing in his residence’s front yard. The front door of the building was left open.

Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies determined Henderson died of hypothermia.

Henderson’s residence did have power but the heat was turned off and temperatures inside the home were colder than outside.
