Local government’s work week is shortened because Monday is Martin Luther King Day. All city and county offices, state and federal offices, the post office, D.M.V. and most banks will be closed.

The Grants Pass City Council workshop normally held Monday’s will be convened Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. in council chambers on northwest “A” Street.

Their agenda includes an update on the waste water pretreatment plan and a review of the council’s work plan and council liaisons.
