Medford Man Jailed Following Probation Inspection Finds Drugs
A visit from Mark Oyler’s probation officer revealed evidence of drug trafficking and prompted a call to the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement team.

Oyler lived in the 2000 block of Campus Drive with his fourteen year old daughter, within one thousand feet of North Medford High School.

A search revealed 204 hydrocodone pills, a small amount of methamphetamine, packaging materials and $7,911 in cash, allegedly, proceeds from drug trafficking.

Oyler is lodged in the Jackson County Jail with no bail on the probation charge in addition to unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of a controlled substance, hydrocodone and meth, all within 1,000 feet of a school.

The department of Human Services is providing care for Oyler’s daughter.
