A man was arraigned in Josephine County Circuit Court Monday on charges that allege he sexually abused a young female relative.

47-year-old John Wayne Rosenberg is facing two counts of first-degree rape and three counts of first-degree sodomy for incidents that occurred between June 2007 and June 2009.

Rosenberg is lodged in jail with bail set at $100,000.
