James Goodwin is scheduled to be sworn in as the Grants Pass City Councilor representing Ward 4 during the Monday workshop. Goodwin was appointed at the last City Council meeting for the position that had been vacated by Darren Fowler when he was elected mayor.

Goodwin will join the Council as they review some land use extension approvals and the Sunday Parkways community event.

The meeting is scheduled to convene at 11:45 Monday morning in Council Chambers on Northwest A Street.
