One Hospitalized; One Jailed in Medford Stabbing
One man, whose name has not been released, is in a Medford hospital with positive prognosis following emergency surgery to deal with an eleven centimeter, three inch deep stab wound to the throat.

Medford Police responded to a report of the stabbing Saturday night at 6:38 near the intersection of South Columbus Avenue and Prune Street.

Both the victim and the assailant were on the scene when Police arrived. The officers immediately began medical aid until the arrival of Mercy Flights Ambulance technicians to transport the victim to the emergency room.

Arrested, lodged and charged with assault I and II is Brandon A Borba, 30. His bail is $2 million.
