OSP Investigating Non-Fatal Shooting In Josephine County

It is still unknown exactly where, but sometime early Saturday morning a non-fatal shooting occurred in Josephine County.

At approximately 6:30am, 19-year-old Clyde McDonald of Cave Junction was dropped off at the Three Rivers Community Hospital emergency room in Grants Pass, suffering from two gunshot wounds. He remains hospitalized for treatment of his injuries.

Oregon State Police Criminal Investigations Division detectives are working with the Josephine County District Attorney’s Office to uncover the facts surrounding the shooting and bring about an arrest and prosecution in the case. No assailant has been identified and no other information is being released at this time.
