OSP search for hit-and-run driver who killed two
The Oregon State Police are asking for the publicís help to locate a hit-and-run driver who struck two pedestrians on Redwood Highway roughly two miles south of Cave Junction just after midnight today.
The two male victims, ages 41 and 21, were struck on the highway near milepost 30 in the 27000 block area. When emergency responders arrived the two victims were dead at the scene.
The suspect vehicle is described as a light colored beige or tan 1980ís style single cab Toyota pickup with a canopy and front end damage. The vehicle was seen headed southbound on the highway after the incident.
