Cave Junction homicide victim identified
The Cave Junction resident who was found murdered around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of W. Millie Street in Cave Junction has been identified.
Authorities discovered the body of 39-year-old Aaron Lee Clouser lying in the road after receiving an emergency call from the area.
Detectives from the Oregon State Police and Grants Pass Department of Public Safety responded to the scene and during the course of the investigation they identified a person of interest, 60-year-old Michael Clyde McDonald, who has been arrested on two felony warrants for probation violation and dangerous drugs.
Authorities served a search warrant at 223 W. Millie Street and the results of that search and the manner of Clouser’s death have not been released.
