Troopers Investigate Saturday Shooting in Selma
Oregon State Police Major Crimes Section detectives, with the assistance of the Josephine County District Attorney's Office, is continuing the investigation into a Saturday night shooting that left one person wounded in southern Josephine County.
On November 9, at approximately 10:44 p.m., OSP detectives responded to Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass regarding a report that an adult male was being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Robert Longoria, 38, from Selma, was taken to the hospital after being shot once in the torso during a disturbance at an outdoor party at his home.
OSP detectives identified a 41-year old male as the shooter and he is cooperating with the investigation. This person has not been arrested.
