GP Police Snared Woman for Bad Behavior near Allen Creek Shopping Center

Grants Pass Police arrested a woman for bad behavior after she generated multiple complaints in a southwest neighborhood last weekend.

According to the Police Department, officers responded to the incident involving a 43-year-old female subject at a home on SW Otis Lane on Sunday at 3:26 p.m..

Police said a caller reported there was a "crazy woman" in front of their house. The neighbor said the woman was screaming about her husband being murdered at her house that day. They offered her some water before calling 9-1-1 and locking their doors. The woman continued onto Schutzwohl Lane and Allen Creek Road where she was yelling at other residents and acting in an aggressive manner.

Responding officers located the woman in the Albertson's parking lot a short time later and placed her into custody. She reportedly exposed herself to passing drivers before heading into the residential area.

The suspect was lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Disorderly Conduct. She was being held without bail.
