GP City Council Workshop Features UAPC Interviews & Caveman Pool Future
The Grants Pass City Council will focus on the Urban Area Planning Commission (UAPC) and Caveman Pool during its weekly workshop session today.
The City Council will begin the workshop by interviewing candidates for the UAPC, which makes final decisions on all land use matters requiring a Type 3 procedure and makes recommendations to the Council on all land use matters requiring a Type 4 procedure.
Next up on the agenda is Caveman Pool as the Council decides the future of the aging municipal facility. The pool was shut down for the offseason last week.
Following a review of the agenda for Wednesday night's regular meeting, Mayor Sara Bristol will convene a Special Meeting in Executive Session. The closed-door meeting will feature real property transactions and/or negotiations.
Today's workshop begins at 11:45 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at Grants Pass City Hall, 101 NW A Street.
