GP Police Incarcerated Man for Drinking Alcohol outside Downtown Business
Grants Pass Police incarcerated a man last night for drinking alcohol outside a downtown business from which he had already been trespassed.
According to the Police Department, officers contacted 39-year-old Thomas Caleb Ehens at Ewing Irrigation on SW 6th Street on Thursday at about 6:45 p.m..
Police said they were on patrol when they observed Ehens drinking an alcoholic beverage outside the local irrigation company. A records check revealed that he had been trespassed from the business in April of this year.
Ehens was placed into custody and lodged in jail for 2nd-Degree Criminal Trespass. He was also cited for Open Container in Public.
