Board of Commissioners to Hold Business Session on Friday for Two Weeks

For the next two weeks, the Josephine County Board of Commissioners will hold its weekly business session on Friday morning.

No reason was given for the temporary change from the traditional Wednesday morning meetings.

There are two Administrative Action items on the agenda for the Board tomorrow.

The Commissioners will consider an order assigning transfer authority to the Recreation Director for the transfer of funds from the Fairgrounds Permanent Fund to the Recreation-Fair Fund. They will also consider an order establishing a County Veterans' Camping Program.

As always, there will be Requests and Comments from Citizens when participants are given three minutes to address the Board on virtually any topic pertaining to Josephine County.

Friday's public meeting begins at 10 a.m. in the Anne G. Basker Auditorium, 600 NW 6th Street in Grants Pass.
