OSP Snared GP Man on Local DUII Warrant after Weekend Stop on RR Highway
The Oregon State Police arrested a Grants Pass man on an outstanding warrant after a weekend traffic stop on the southeast side of the city.
According to OSP, troopers pulled over a Honda Accord driven by 26-year-old Shawn Michael Fleming-Kobrzycki near the intersection of Rogue River Highway and Parkdale Drive on Sunday at 8:22 p.m..
Police said they stopped the car for a traffic violation and they quickly learned that Fleming-Kobrzycki was wanted on a local bench warrant for failing to appear in court for Driving under the Influence of Intoxicants.
Fleming-Kobrzycki was lodged at the Josephine County Jail on the warrant and his Honda was impounded.
