GP Police Evicted Man for NW City Park after He Made a Mess near Vehicle
Grants Pass Police evicted a man from a northwest city park after he created a mess next to his parked vehicle.
Officers contacted Bradley Pack during a patrol check at Gilbert Creek Park on NW Hawthorne Avenue on Monday at 1:25 p.m..
Police said they contacted Pack after receiving a complaint about cigarette butts and what appeared to be feces on the ground next to his vehicle. He told them he didn't know where the feces came from, but admitted the cigarette butts were his.
Pack was issued a citation for Scattering Rubbish and Public Consumption of Alcohol. He was trespassed from the park for 30 days, but was given eight hours to leave as he had been drinking.
