GP Police Evicted Man from Downtown Resting Site for 2nd Rubbish Violation
Grants Pass Police evicted a man from a downtown resting site early yesterday for a repeat city ordinance violation.
On Monday at 8:30 a.m., officers contacted Richard Matteson at the NW 5th Street homeless encampment.
Matteson was cited for Scattering Rubbish and it was his second such citation.
Matteson was trespassed from the resting site for 30 days.
