Deputies Snared Woman Wanted on Local Warrants in Downtown Cave Junction
The Josephine County Sheriff's Office apprehended a woman wanted on two local warrants in downtown Cave Junction yesterday.
The Sheriff's Office reports deputies contacted 48-year-old Crystal Mae Lucas in the 100-block of North Redwood Highway on Thursday at 12:28 p.m..
Deputies said they spotted Lucas and knew that she was wanted on a Josephine County Supervisory Authority warrant for Parole Violation stemming from a 2022 conviction for Felony Attempt to Elude Police. She was also wanted on a Jackson County warrant for failing to appear in court for Disorderly Conduct.
Lucas was placed into custody, transported to Grants Pass and lodged at the Josephine County Jail on a no-bail detainer.
