GP Police Arrested Woman for Harassing another Camper at Downtown Park
Grants Pass Police arrested a city park camper for physically harassing another camper in the downtown area at the start of the weekend.
According to the Police Department, officers responded to the incident at Debo Park on SW G Street on Friday at 3:50 p.m..
Police said 33-year-old Morgan Delin Weber subjected another woman to offensive physical contact by grabbing her on her right arm in an aggressive manner. The victim was in pain, but she refused medical attention.
Weber reportedly walked away from officers after being told she was under arrest. She walked into traffic and disrupted the flow of numerous vehicles before being placed into custody near a neighborhood market.
Weber was lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Harassment, Disorderly Conduct and Escape. She was also trespassed from Debo Park for the next 30 days.
