Fry Bread & Friends
Southern Oregon Indian Center is holding a “Fry Bread & Friends” fundraiser on Saturday, April 25th from 5pm – 8pm at the Fruitdale Grange, 1440 Parkdale Drive, in Grants Pass. This event supports culture, community, and traditions. Native Indian crafts will be for sale. Vendor booths are available for $10. Contact Teresa for details 541-295-5606.
Bear Creek Stewardship Day
Bear Creek Stewardship Day (in honor of Earth Day) is looking for volunteers to pick up trash and help with other maintenance activities on Saturday April 25th from 9am until Noon. Cleanup will take place at McAndrews, Lynn Newbry park, and Wranglers Arena. For more information call 541-423-1371.

The Grants Pass Garden Club is holding their annual plant sale on Saturday, April 25th from 9am to 3pm at the Josephine County Fairgrounds (Floral Building). This event is open to the public.

Caveman Eagles Open House

Hearts with a Mission "Superhero Run"

Josephine County March for Life
The Josephine County annual March for Life will be Sunday, May 3rd at 1pm. The event starts at the Josephine County Courthouse at 1:30pm with a rally at 2pm in Riverside Park.

Saturday, May 9th

Wine Stroll
There will be a wine stroll held in downtown Grants Pass, Saturday, May 9th from 2pm to 6pm. Downtown businesses will host wineries, vendors, and yummy bites. Participants stroll from location to location. Tickets can be purchased at: the Chamber Visitor Center or online at grantspasschamber.org. $50 pre-sale or $55 the day of.
Grants Pass Rotary Track Meet
The 76th annual Grants Pass Rotary Track Meet will be held Saturday, May 9th at Grants Pass High School (on Russ Warner field). Gates open at 8:30am and the event begins at 10am. Food trucks and refreshments will be available.

Celebrating the Arts and Silent Auction Event
Rogue Valley Performing Arts Alliance presents their 2nd annual “Celebrating the Arts & Silent Auction” event, Saturday, May 16th at the Grants Pass High School Performing Arts Center. Doors open at 5:30pm. Show starts at 6:30pm. Tickets can be purchased at www.rvpaa.com or at the door.
BBQ Competition and Chili Cook-Off

American Legion Monthly Events
American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 is holding their Legion Market Breakfasts every Saturday in April from 9-11am (prices vary depending on order). They are also hosting 3-Ball Tournaments every Tuesday and Wednesday (with a $5 buy in). All proceeds benefit American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 Veteran programs. Second Friday Poetry Reading
Grants Pass Museum of Art, 229 SW G Street, is hosting their Second Friday Poetry Sharing every second Friday of the month from 7pm to 9pm. These events are free to the public and all are welcome to come read or just listen to poetry. Donations are welcome. American Legion Taco Tuesdays
American Legion Grants Pass Post 28 is having Taco Tuesdays. They will be serving tacos with a choice of beef or chicken, along with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onions. $4 for two tacos, $2 for each additional. Better Breathers Support Group

We have everything you need to do just that. KAJO and KLDR would like to encourage you to be ready; disaster can strike at any time.
