This week we are proud to recognize Hidden Valley High School Senior, Emily Callas.
Emily Callas is a Senior at Hidden Valley High School and the lone member of the Mustangs golf team. Emily has been playing golf since she was five when Dad put a club in her hand and carted her to and from Junior golf. While this season is still in progress, Emily points to last year at state when she scored in the top ten, and perhaps more importantly out scored her older sister who is now playing college golf. Emily credits her coaches who have helped refine her game, plus of course Dad and Grandpa and Grammy for hauling her to and fro. Emily says golf will always be part of her life, but high school will be the last of competitive golf, unless it's against her Sis.
