The Wildland Firefighter Foundation is working closely with Grayback Forestry and the United States Forest Service to provide financial, emotional and logistical support to the families of the injured and lost in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest.

Wildland Firefighters Foundation distributes funds to most recent incident first meaning funds now will be disbursed to the families of all the victims, deceased and surviving. Funds will be used to provide the financial resources needed to support the families' urgent needs and to provide long term emotional support in whatever form that takes.
KLDR asks the community to come together as a family of one and lend support for the fallen firefighters and their families.
