Residents feel effects of first snowstorm
Residents of Jackson and Josephine counties have been shocked this last week to see a snowstorm of this size hitting the valley floors.
With up to 8 inches in places, and ice on most of the sidewalks and creeks people are gearing up for a cold one.
Like the people at Royal Oak retirement community who discovered a broken pipe was the cause of the flooding in offices and the resident managerís apartment.
It was business as usual until Monday morning when a sprinkler pipe burst after enough expanding ice caused a rupture.
