Mary Phipps Building Renovations Signal Neighbors for Lithia in Medford Commons.
Sky Oak Wealth Management is in the process of converting the 9,600 square foot Mary Phipps building, a former women’s dormitory for S.O.U., joining the Medford Commons area looking into the two parks and Lithia Motors Headquarters.

The financial services business, owned by Jennifer and Derek Davis, purchased the building at 229 Bartlett Street to consolidate its business offices from Shady Cove, Grants Pass, Ashland, and Medford.

In addition to the $284,000 purchase price, $300,000 in renovations is planned, adding office spaces, seminar rooms and living space for out of town clients plus façade improvements with grants from the Medford Urban Renewal Agency.
