The time to mail election ballots is over
The opportunity to mail in ballots for the Nov. 5 Special Election is over and all ballots will now need to be hand dropped into designated election boxes.

Josephine County Clerk Art Harvey says that 34 percent of registered voter’s ballots have been received by the Clerk’s Office as of the end of the business day on Friday.

Ballots can be dropped off at the County Clerk’s Office, Cave Junction City Building, Josephine County Courthouse, Merlin Umpqua Bank, Murphy Sentry Market, Washington Federal Bank on Union Avenue and the Grants Pass branch of the Josephine Community Libraries.
